30,000 Posts

I was cruising through my blogger account and what to my wondering eyes did appear, but 30,000 hits to this site. Thank you to one and all that made this possible.

Well, I have done a little, tiny insignificant amount of work on the CSIR supplement last week while I was out of town. If I can get some real writing time, it may be possible to knock this out this month. Maybe. I would not hold me breath.

With Christmas coming ever so soon, what is everyone asking Santa for?

I would like some more East Front Terrain. What is on your wish list?

  1. Congrats on the 30k, very well deserved Chris!!! The only thing on my list are some 15mm Scots for the Flodden period, but I'm struggling to pick the ones I want.

    1. Thanks. Who makes 15mm for that period? Probably Old Glory (they seem to do everything). I am painfully ignorant about that time period.

  2. Good marks for your blog, congratulations Chris
My list: some Vietnam warriors to complete my US Army and the new Dux companion book if arriving on time from the printers (that I doubt very much). A very retrained Christmas this year for me, as the economic turmoil is affecting my finances

    1. I understand. I think most are feeling the pinch. I think I will end up scratch building some things that I really lack the talent for due to costs.

  3. Here's to 30k more!
My Christmas list includes Dust Warfare stuff and I ordered the Zverograd book today so I should be happy come the 24th (we celebrate on Christmas Eve in Sweden and just recover on the 25th).

    1. Dust warfare is a kind of WWII did not end in 1945 sort of thing with Mechs, right? Is 28mm the only way to go with that or are there 6mm or 15mm options?

    2. It is indeed.

The Dust minis are only 28mm but there are other minis such as DP9s Gear Krieg range in 15mm that could be adapted.
